What you need to have for this innovative new service

1. A high-speed Internet connection such as Cable, T-1 or DSL is recommended.
2. A version of QuickBooks Pro® 2004 or later. This is easy to acquire if you don't already have it. Other systems may also be utilized.
3. Go-To-My-PC or similar service system, which we will provide.

With a few simple procedural changes, the only functions necessary to be accomplished by our clients are generating invoices and simple data entry when necessary and making cash deposits at the bank! If “hard copies” of invoices or other materials are needed, they can easily be e-mailed, mailed or simply faxed.

As a part of our service, we will set up the system for you and train your existing office staff. Its simplicity enables even someone with no accounting or bookkeeping expertise to do all that’s necessary in very little time.
